What's your cancellation policy?
You can cancel 24 hours before book in, otherwise the full fee becomes payable
Are you wheel-chair accessible?
We have groundfloor rooms which are wheelchair accessible, the breakfast room is downstairs,however breakfast can be served in the rooms and we are happy to provide any assistance if required.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, pets are fine
Are you small-children/infant friendly?
We don't have any travel cots at present but we can accommodate with bottle warming/different breakfasts etc. Just ask!
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast can be served at any reasonably requested time - we are flexible!
How do I make a reservation?
You can use the contacts page to request a booking or telephone us on 01228 523500 or alternatively, if you are in the area, then pop in!
What forms of payment do you accept?
At present we can only accept cash or cheques.We hope to upgrade to credit/debit cards soon.
